1 Inspection
   We inspect your fan & share a repair quote for approval

2 Quote approval
   You can approve the quote to proceed, or pay a visitation charge if declined

3 Repair & spare parts 
   If needed, we will source spare parts from the local market

4 Replacement, if needed
   If repair is not possible, we will replace the fan

5 Warranty activation
   The service is covered by a 30-day warranty for any issues after repair
